Gary Stevens
Broker

After graduating from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Gary began his career in an industry which started with an interest and then became his lifelong passion.

From humble beginnings washing boats as ‘Steamers Cleaners,’ Gary began amassing his vast understanding and knowledge for every detail of many types of vessels. After managing both Sunset Aquatic Marine and Peninsula Shipyards, Gary began his work as a Marine Surveyor. Unbiasedly critiquing yachts of all sizes by examining the performance and condition of all systems onboard, he earned the reputation as one of the most credible resources in evaluating his client’s potential asset. After 18 years and over 8,000 personal inspections, he moved on from inspecting to helping clients in their search for the perfect yacht. As a Yacht Broker since 2000, Gary has now helped over 200 families find that perfect addition. From his understanding of how a yacht has been maintained to the technologies onboard, every facet of the yacht will be thoroughly gone over. Gary prides himself on client education and interaction, always helping his clients familiarize themselves with their new yacht. It is his goal to take his expertise and unsalesman-like approach and make the buying/selling process as streamlined and fun as possible. If he isn’t busy working, you can find Gary enjoying the water with family and friends, many of whom he’s met as clients over the years.
